Gregory Sullivan, President & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Sullivan has extensive experience and certifications in Use of Force and Firearm Training. Having trained with numerous Federal, State and Local agencies in Canada, the United States and the Caribbean Mr. Sullivan has accumulated widespread contacts in the field and has built an intimate knowledge of the needs, concerns and decision-making factors of various defence and security organizations with regard to the purchase and deployment of lethal and non-lethal weapons.

Allen Ezer, Director, Executive Vice-President

Allen S. Ezer comes from just under a decade of financial services experience with a tier 1 chartered Canadian Bank. He has specialized in counseling sophisticated high-net-worth clients with complex wealth management solutions including tax minimization, estate / business succession planning, strategic insurance structures and offshore banking. Allen has been responsible for the development and implementation of asset allocation models for affluent client accounts, though has also focused on equity/debt research, high net-worth marketing as well as business development initiatives.

Mr. Ezer holds a directors postion with Goldspike Exploration, a Yukon focused gold exploration company. Additionally, Allen is also a director with Cambrian Corporation. Mr. Ezer obtained his Honours in Criminology and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications at University of Windsor. Allen also acquired his degree in Corporate Communications at Seneca College @ York University.

Duane Parnham, Independent Director

Mr. Parnham has over 30 years of extensive experience in capital markets, government relations, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and has raised substantial capital in the public markets sector, in turn providing a high rate of success in realizing over $1.3 billion in shareholder value. His experience includes working internationally with governments to identify high-impact and underdeveloped projects, and providing the capital and managerial resources necessary to accelerate these ventures to fruition. Duane has primarily focused on developing exploration companies from start-up to fully permitted projects with considerable resources and reserves since the early 1990’s. Mr. Parnham has founded and developed multiple resource focused companies, including Forsys Metals Corp. (TSX: FSY), UNX Energy Corp. (TSXV: UNX), Angus Mining Namibia Inc. (TSXV: ANA), and Temex Resources Corp. (TSXV: TME) Mr. Parnham is a graduate of the Mineral Engineering Technology program from Fleming College. Mr. Parnham is currently the Executive Chairman of Giyani Gold Corp (TSXV:WDG).

David Goodbrand, Independent Director

Mr. Goodbrand brings 18 years of service and experience as a Constable, Detective, Sergeant, and Tactical Support Supervisor for police and SWAT agencies. David’s wealth of knowledge in the law enforcement and special agencies sectors will assist the Company on the front lines of non-lethal usage. Mr. Goodbrand is also the Chairman of the Ontario Tactical Advisory Board (OTAB - the governing body of SWAT teams), which is a branch of the Association of the Ontario Chiefs of Police including 36 tactical teams from Ontario, Quebec, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. David also garners experience with an Emergency Reponse Unit, Street Crime Unit, Policy and Planning, and within the Tactical Support Unit; hostage rescue, explosive force entry, hostage taking, armed resistance, and dignitary security.
