Gregory Sullivan, President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Sullivan has extensive experience and certifications in Use of Force and Firearm Training. Having trained with numerous Federal, State and Local agencies in Canada, the United States and the Caribbean Mr. Sullivan has accumulated widespread contacts in the field and has built an intimate knowledge of the needs, concerns and decision-making factors of various defence and security organizations with regard to the purchase and deployment of lethal and non-lethal weapons.
Dean Thrasher, - Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Thrasher is a senior executive with more than two decades of start-up business management skills, mergers & acquisitions, product launches, product development, and funding experience in the technology, wholesale, manufacturing, distribution, retail and franchise sectors, as well as extensive international business and public market experience. Dean has run and managed several private companies as well as a TSX-Venture listed public company. His previously tenures include being Chair of both private and public companies, as well as holding a seat on the Board of Directors of these entities.
Rakesh Malhotra, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Malhotra has been SDI’s Chief Financial Officer since January 7, 2007. A United States Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Canadian Chartered Accountant, Mr. Malhotra graduated with Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) from the University of Delhi, India, and worked for A.F. Ferguson & Co., the Indian correspondent of KPMG. Having practiced as a Chartered Accountant for over ten years in New Delhi, Mr. Malhotra moved to the Middle East and worked for five years with the International Bahwan Group in a senior finance position. After moving to Toronto, Canada, Mr. Malhotra served as Vice President of Finance for a private group of companies, CFO of various public corporations and continues to consultant for public companies.
Boaz Dor, Director, Vice-President, Business Development
After serving in the Israeli Defence Force, Mr. Dor joined the Israeli Security Services (Shabak) as an intelligence officer. Working world wide in the International Aviation Security Division, Mr. Dor served as Head of Security for the Israel Embassy and El Al Israel Airlines in Cairo, Egypt, and later as Vice-Counsel and Head of Security for the Israeli Consulate and El Al Israel Airlines in Toronto and Western Canada. In 1989, Mr. Dor resigned from the public sector and opened a security consulting firm. In 1991 he was appointed Executive Director Security for the Seabeco Group of Companies where he oversaw international operations in Switzerland, Belgium, Russia, New York and Toronto.
Allen Ezer, Director, Vice-President, Corporate Develoment
Mr. Ezer has been involved in the capital markets for 10 years in investor relations, as a trader of equities, commodities, bonds, as well as an Investment Advisor. He spent his previous tenure with a tier 1 Canadian Chartered Bank, and was IROC licensed. Allen obtained extensive financial experience through his years of analyzing financial statements and performance measurement ratios during his years as an investment advisor.
Mr. Ezer obtained his Honours in Criminology at the University of Windsor, and his Bachelor of Arts in Communications at University of Windsor. Allen also acquired his degree in Corporate Communications at Seneca, at York University. Mr. Ezer’s gained his financial experience through his most recent tenure at a tier 1 Canadian chartered banking investment firm
